Visual artist Frank Kent will be using a school block within Primary as a canvas for his own painting and the untitled work will evolve and change becoming a document of his and their journey, shown in partnership with Bend in the River www.bendintheriver.co.uk

Also using our old school block will be sculptor Alex Pain whose extraordinary work deals with the relationship between object and material.

Primary is a new studio development set to be an important feature on the visual arts landscape. It is the first dedicated, permanent artist studios in Nottingham, which supports the development and production of contemporary visual art.

Please note that Primary is closed on Sundays.
