Affineur Jon Schofield from La Fromagerie hosts cheese tasting in the WEYA Events Space, Market Square

La Fromagerie is recognised as being one of the best cheese shops in England. It's farmhouse cheeses are sourced directly from artisan producers and are carefully matured by in-house affineurs.

Jon Schofield will present an overview of cheese production methods. Through a selection of cheeses he will discuss a range of processes, outcomes and the influence these have on the flavours produced.
